We were contacted by these customers back in June of 2024 after they had had designs completed for a house renovation in Camber.
They were looking for a company that could fully manage the project for them, as they lived in Northamptonshire and wanted a company they could trust to complete the entire project for them.
The works involved the following:
- Presentation of a full project plan, additional design drawings and a fully quantified schedule of rates for the works.
- Initial discussions and meetings with planning and building control.
- Partial strip out of the existing property, including bathrooms, the kitchen and internal cladding.
- The installation of a new bespoke staircase to allow access to the new 2nd floor area.
- Installation of new firewalls and doors.
- Complete re-wire throughout the house and the inclusion of additional feature lighting, extract, power and external electrical works.
- Supply and installation of 2 new bath/shower rooms and a kitchen.
- Supply and installation of all new black aluminium windows and external doors
- Landscaping to the front and rear
- Fully internal and external decoration
- New timber cladding to the front elevation, along with new guttering around the entire house.
The works came in at £5000 below the original budget and finished with the project plan when taking into account window installations and additional works.
