Before commencing this kitchen, we attended a number of consultations with the client and different kitchen designers.
The customer had a vision which seemed to be beyond the imagination of the kitchen designers, so we stepped in.
Our first challenge was to fit the 2 tall larder units and integrated ovens into an existing chimney breast. We completed this by opening the chimney, including lintels and plastering up to the cupboards to give a flush finish.
This was followed by the customer requesting a bespoke door to her cellar, which was accessed via the kitchen. So we handmade this to match the existing doors within the room.
Our final challenge was to complete the work to the customer's deadline and ahead of our typical programme for a space of this size. The customer's sister was due to get married, and they wanted to use the kitchen for a hen night.
We managed to meet all of the challenges along with the complete strip out, fit out, plastering, tiling, electrics, plumbing and decoration for this project.
This is the 3rd project we have completed for this returning customer.
