We started initial consultations with this customer 18 months ago when their bath seal was leaking and was damaging the floor and ceiling below.
The customer couldn’t afford a new bathroom at the time, but asked for a quote so they could apply for additional borrowing.
We also suggested we could resolve the current bathroom seal issue for a small cost, which they accepted.
During the bath seal repair, we also did a small refresh within the allocated days' labour time, so the customer felt much better about the current bathroom until the new works could be completed.
18 months later, and after the customer had raised the additional funds, we completed the following.
- Full strip out back to plaster,
- Plaster repairs and new flooring.
- Total plumbing modifications and relocations
- Electrical modifications to allow for a new extract, down lighting and revised switching.
- Tiling
- Full suite Fitout including tray, shower, enclosure, wall-hung vanity, WC and heating
- Decoration.
- Vinyl flooring
