Our brief from our client in Willesborough, Ashford, was to breathe some new life into her tired and gloomy bathroom.
During the initial consultation, we suggested a splash of colour with the tiling and the use of down lighting to help transform the room.
The customer also requested a very modern feel with rainfall taps and a shower.
This was another complete bathroom transformation, including the following:
- Complete strip out and waste removal.
- Flooring and wall repairs due to previous water leaks, causing damp and water damage.
- Plumbing and electrical modifications to facilitate the new layout, lighting and power.
- Tiling the walls and floor
- Full fitting-out of the bathroom, including bath, shower, vanity, WC, and heating.
- Final decoration.
This project has led to further works booked in for the future to install cladding to the customer's hallway from the ground to the 2nd floor, along with full decorative. We are also in the consultation stages of replacing an en-suite.
